Kerala beat Assam by 6 wickets in Women U-23 T20 Cricket

GUWAHATI: Kerala defeated Assam by four wickets in a well-contested tie of the Women U-23 T20 Cricket at the Judges’ Field here today. Assam, bat first, scored 82-7 in their 20 overs. Uma Chetry (35) and Rashmi Dey (23) were the major contributors to the team. Kerala reached the target on the penultimate ball losing four wickets. Minnu Mani remained not out on 37. Assam, played fourth matches today, is now at the fourth spot with eight points in the points table.
