NF Railway boys team bag Inter District Basketball Championship

GUWAHATI: Northeast Frontier Railway Sports Association (NFRSA) emerged winner in the 35th Inter District Basketball Championship (Junior boys and girls) which concluded in the city yesterday. The 22 member team from NFRSA Basketball Academy comprising 11 junior boys and 8 junior girls participated in the tournament. In the junior boy's event, NFRSA emerged champion beating Jorhat 58-48 in the final. On the other hand NFRSA girls team bagged the 3rd position in the tournament.
