GUWAHATI: NFRSA lifted RG Baruah Inter District Cricket championship title defeating Silchar by virtue of the first innings lead at Barpeta today. Chasing Silchar's first innings total 178 NFRSA finished their first innings 231 and gained vital first innings lead which helped the side to ensure the title. Brief scores: Silchar 1st innings 178, NFRSA 1st innings 231 (85.4 overs), Sumit Kashyap 53, Kankan Kashyap 44, Ronit Akhtar 37, Rajveer Singh 32 Biki Roy 3-37,Ahad Barbuiya 2-30 Abhishek Deb 2-59.
