NFRSC thrash Navajyoti 4-0 in RG Baruah Super Division Soccer League

GUWAHATI: NFRSC registered thumping 4-0 victory over Navajyoti in the RG Baruah Super Division Soccer League match held at the Nehru stadium here today.

Biju Gogoi opened the account in 12 minutes. Later Chayaram Basumatari scored twice in 35 and 47 minutes respectively. Bappa Biswas hammered the last nail in Navajyori’s coffin in th 66th minutes.

Both the team today played their ninth games in the competition. NFRSC collected 16 points and are now at the second spot in points table. On the other hand Navajyoti managed to earn 11 points from their nine outings. There is no match tomorrow. In the next game on Friday FC Green Valley will play against Gauhati Town club.
