Pijush Hazarika new president of ATTA

GUWAHATI: Informationa and Public Relation Minister Pijush Hazarika today unanimously elected as the president of the Assam Table Tennis Association (ATTA). The new president of the association was elected in a virtual Special General meeting which was presided over by vice president of the association Munin Nobis. Several top officials of the association were attended the meeting along with CEO of Table Tennis Federation of India Dhanraj Choudhury (observer) and Omar Rashid (Observer of Assam Olympic Association). It may be mentioned here that the post was lying vacant after the resignation of former president Mriganka Barman.
