Tamoghna Das upsets Ayushman Ajeria at OIL-AITA Tennis Championship

GUWAHATI, July 23: OIL – AITA Super Series Tennis Championship for boys and girls U-14 and 16 years got underway at the Chachal tennis complex here today. On a rain-affected day, unseeded Tamoghna Das of West Bengal ousted 3rd seed Ayushman Arjeria of Madhya Pradesh in straight sets 6-3, 6-3. Barring another two minor upsets, all the other seeds moved to the pre-quarter-finals with easy victories against their opponents.
