Top seed U-18 Girls bows out from India Club-Anup Lahoty tennis

GUWAHATI: Top seed in U-18 Girls’ Tanishqa Patar bowed out from the India Club-Anup Lahoty tennis played at the India Club courts here today. Tanishqa lost her semi final tie 3-6, 4-6 to Nayanika Deka. All the finals of the championship would be held tomorrow.

Semi finals’ Results:

Boys under 12 : Rounak Kashyap bt Bornil Bihan Borah(6-2,2-6,7-5), Ritick Rout bt Partiv Kalita (6-2,0-6,7-5).

Girls’ under 12: Roshni Bhardwaj bt Arnavi Debnath (6-2,6-2), Nikita Kand bt Soni Prajapati(1-6,7-6),(7-5).

Boys under 14: Ved Aditya Kalita bt Ayan Sharma (6-1,6-2),Pritam Barua bt Raunak Kashyap(6-2,6-0).

Girls’ under 14: Tanya Kumari bt Navrose Ahmed Razdan(6-0,6-1).

Girls’ under 18: Nayanika Deka bt Tanishqa Patar (6-3,6-4),Namrata Das bt Justina Borgohain (7-6,7-3(6-2).
