Triple crown for Adrika Rajkumari in 13th Kaliyani Open Tennis Tournament

GUWAHATI: Adrika Rajkumari bagged triple-crown in the 13th Kaliyani Open Tennis Tournament which concluded at Numaligarh today. Adrika won her three titles in U-18 (Both singles and doubles) and U-14 singles events. Adrika Rajkumari also adjudged the best player award of the tournament.

Final Results: In U-18 boys: Manan Nath beat Antariksh Tamuly (6-4,6-1). Girls-Adrika Rajkumari defeated Justina Borgohain (6-2, 0-6, 6-4).

U-14 boys: Antariksh Tamuly defeated Ryan Kashyap (7-5, 6-2). Girls: Adrika Rajkumari defeated Bishnupriya Borgohain (6-1, 6-3). U-12 boys: Parthiv Kalita defeated Ritik Raut (5-7, 6-4, 6-4). Girls- Nishtha P Bezbaruah defeated Arnavi Debnath (7-6, 6-7,7-6). U-18 Doubles Boys: Antariksh Tamuly and Tushar Paul defeated Manan Nath and Harshad Bora (6-2, 6-7, 10-7). Girls: Adrika Rajkumari and Justina Borgohain defeated Nishtha P Bezboruah, Nabiha Mariom (6-4, 7-5). Veteran 35 and above: Priyanuz Lahakar and Chandrasekhar Mohanty defeated Priyanku Kapil Borpujari and Bedanta Borgohain (6-1, 6-4). Veteran 45 and above category: Amrit Chutia and Tanvir Iqbal defeated Diganta Konwar and Bubuljyoti Das.
