U-14 Football Championship: Pilik Choudhury soccer kicks off

GUWAHATI: Pilik Choudhury U-14 Football Championship got under way in the city today. Altogether 28 teams are taking part in the tournament which is held in four different venues- Nehru Stadium, Royal Global School, APRO Training Centre and Sonapur. The opening ceremony was held today at the Nehru Stadium and it was attended by Riju Gogoi, Commissioner & Secretary of Sports and Youth Welfare, as the chief guest.
