Udalguri Girl Phulmoni Daimari in State Boxing team

TANGLA: Phulmoni Daimari, a class eight student of Udalguri Girls’ HS School of Udalguri district has been selected in the ten-member team of Assam, by the Assam Amateur Boxing Association (AABA) for the 1st BFI Sub Junior Girls’ National Championship to be held at Nagpur in Maharastra from September 2 to 7.

Phulmoni was felicitated and by the teachers and students of Udalguri Girls’HS school for her success in the forthcoming championship on Monday. Her coach Dhaneswar Basumatary who runs the Dhaneswar Basumatary Boxing Training Centre, Udalguri informed that Phulmoni Daimari is being imparted all possible training for the forthcoming championship.
