World Chess Federation (FIDE) awards International Rating to 3 Assam state players

GUWAHATI: The World Chess Federation (FIDE) has awarded International Rating to three players of Assam Chess Club, a unit of sports promotion NGO Akshayam, in its latest Rating list released today. The three players who were awarded International Rating are Ankit Basumatary (Rating-1144) of Delhi Public School, Guwahati, Moharnab Das (Rating-1131) of Delhi Public School Guwahati, and Anubhav Das (Rating-1006) of Army Public School, Narengi, Guwahati.
