KOHIMA: The Minority department of the NPCC (Nagalanad Pradesh Congress Committee) has condoled the untimely death of Minister for Forest, Environment and Climate Change, C.M. Chang.
"He is one of the greatest leaders of Nagaland", the NPCC said, adding, "His absolute resolve and commitment to the people he represented was unprecedented. We share the grief, sadness and heartfelt sympathy to the family of C.M. Chang. He was a distinguished personality. May his soul rest in peace," said a release.
