It is worth mentioning that Wokha has not reported any death due to COVID-19.
Nagaland's Wokha district becomes Covid free

Kohima: Nagaland's Wokha district  has become a COVID-19 free district as all COVID-19 positive patients has recovered.

According to COVID-19 bulletin issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Nagaland, Wokha is known to be the second district in Nagaland with zero COVID positive cases alongwith Longleng.

Wokha district is the third least COVID-19 affected district in Nagaland with 25 positive cases of COVID-19 following Kiphire with 12 cases and Longleng with 6 cases till date.

It is worth mentioning that Wokha has not reported any death due to COVID-19.

The Deputy Commissioner and Chairman of District Task Force, Wokha, Orenthung Lotha has informed that Wokha District now stands at Zero for COVID-19 positive cases.

In addition, the DC also expressed gratitude towards all the frontline workers for their combined efforts.
