Sikkim: Inclement weather in Sikkim forced a Mi-17 Helicopter of the Indian Air Force to make an emergency landing.

As per reports, the helicopter made the emergency landing near Mukutang in Sikkim. It was on a routine air maintenance sortie from Chaten to Mukutan.

Air Force officials said that all four crew members of the Indian Air Force and two Indian Army personnel on board the chopper are safe. An investigation has been ordered to ascertain the cause of the accident.
