Bangladeshis detained in South Tripura

Agartala: Detention of 17 Bangladeshi nationals at Sabroom in South Tripura district who entered into India allegedly with the help of some middleman has caused serious concern in the area, especially because recently the vigil along the border has been tightened following reports that a good number of Rohingya refuges has assembled on the other side of the border and are trying to enter India. The infiltrators entered into India in two batches of eight and nine. Both the groups were noticed first by the local people who then informed the BSF.
