Agartala: Director General of Police (Intelligence), Tripura, Krishnendu Chakraborty, has been named among the 14 winners of the prestigious Chief Minister’s Medal for professional intelligence work. Speaking after the announcement, Chakraborty expressed his gratitude, stating, “I am very happy to be receiving this medal from the Chief Minister. Along with me, 13 other officers are also being recognised. This award reflects the commitment, dedication, and perseverance present at the highest levels of Tripura Police and across all ranks. I hope to carry the name of Tripura Police to even greater heights in the future.”

The recognition, he said, is the result of a coordinated and collective effort across different units of the force, highlighting the spirit of teamwork in maintaining security and intelligence excellence in the state. Officials noted that the medals are part of the state’s effort to acknowledge outstanding service and motivate personnel to uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
