- Carrots
- Cabbage
- Spinach
- Fresh coriander
- Mushroom
- White pepper
- Salt
- Lemon
- Water
Directions
- At first, cut all vegetable in small blocks.
- With water and with fresh coriander, make coriander stock.
- Now discard the coriander and add vegetables to it.
- Add the white pepper, lemon juice, and salt, and boil.
Serve the soup hot.
