26 year old drowns at Dikrai River in Jamugurihat of Sonitpur District

Sensation gripped in Itakhula area of Jamugurihat after a 26 year old youth went missing falling into Dikrai River on Sunday morning.

As per reports, the incident took place during the Visarjan ceremony of Goddess 'Manasha Ma' in the area.

The missing youth was identified as Pradip Mallick.

Meanwhile, a search operation was carried out by the SDRF personnel.
