AASU and AAGSU reaction on Government of India signing Bodoland Accord with NDFB

At a time when the Centre signed an accord with all factions of banned Assam-based rebel group National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB) this afternoon, the members of All Assam Gorkha Students Union (AAGSU) and All Assam Students Union of Biswanath Unit had urged the Government of India to look into the matters of the other communities in Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).

They further appealed saying that the student bodies don't have any issue with the Centre signing the accord with the factions of banned Assam-based rebel group National Democratic Front of Bodoland, but, the rights and interests of the other communities should not be harmed.
