AJYP Student's body and public protest against Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 in Sarupathar

The AJYP Student's body and the public of Sarupathar in Dhansiri Subdivision staged protest against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act 2019, on Saturday in the front of the Subdivisional office in Dhansiri Subdivision under Golaghat district.

The Student's body also warned the BJP led of Assam government as well as BJP led centre that those are trying to stop the voice of public and said that the anger of the public are still coming in a non-violent and disciplined manner and its better not to provoke them with oppressive policy.

Meanwhile, the agitators also said that the act will not be accepted at any cost.
