Assam Special Police Officer Welfare Society demands regularization of their jobs

The Assam Special Police Officer (SPO) on Wednesday staged protest against Government of Assam demanding immediate regularization of their jobs.

Staging massive protest in Guwahati's Sasal area, the president of the Assam Special Police Officer Welfare Society Chakrapani Sarma and Secretary Abdur Roshid demanded appointments of 1214 online registered SPO jawans to 5694 vacant posts of Assam Police Constable.
