Bamboo Bridge constructed under MGNREGA scheme in Sonitpur

Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act scheme, a beautiful bamboo bridge was constructed c at Ververi village under Missamari Gaon Panchayat in Sonitpur District.

The construction of the bamboo bridge was complete at a cost of Rs 20,000.

Notably, an amount of Rs 4, 59,004 was sanctioned for erosion protection at Bherbheri village under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act scheme out of which an amount of Rs 20,000 was used in the construction of the bamboo bridge.
