Burglary in Guwahati, Gold ornaments worth several lakhs looted

A burglary incident was reported at Lal Ganesh in Guwahati on Tuesday evening.

As per reports, a gang of miscreants barged into the residence of one identified as Kaushik Dutta of House No 16 at Rajani Kanta Path in Lal Ganesh and robbed cash and gold ornaments worth several lakhs of rupees.

Sources informed that the incident took place when Kaushik Dutta's family was out of their residence.

A case has been registered in connection to the matter at Odalbakra Police Outpost.
