Constitution Day observed in Guwahati

Directorate General North East Zone Ministry of Information Broadcasting Government of India observed 'Constitution Day' in Guwahati.

A talk on "Challenging Role of Media in the dynamics of Constitutional changes in India" was conducted at Vivekananda Kendra Institute of Culture in Guwahati's Uzan Bazaar.

Justice N. Kotiswar Singh graced the event as a Chief Guest.
