Employees of Assam Urban Water Supply & Sewerage Board staged protest

The employees of Assam Urban Water Supply & Sewerage Board (AUWS&SB) staged a protest for nonpayment of their salaries since couple of months on Monday.

The protest was reportedly staged in at least 16 districts of the states.

Speaking to the media, members of the Assam Urban Water Supply & Sewerage Board have urged before the Government of Assam for the immediate release of the salary.
