Guwahati Mahanagari Unayan Samiti gheraoes Guwahati Jal Board Office

The Guwahati Mahanagari Unayan Samiti on Wednesday gheraoed Guwahati Jal Board Office in GS Road with under mentioned demands:

1. Guwahati Mahanagari Unayan Samiti urged the Jal Board to supply monthly 20,000 litres to each household in the Guwahati City like Delhi Jal Board.

2. Guwahati Mahanagari Unayan Samiti appeals for the implementation of necessary steps for providing clean and pure drinking water in the city.

3. They also urged to complete all the pending Government Water Supply Projects as soon as possible.
