Lumding MLA Sibu Mishra donated 4 Lakh Rupees and Dullal Kanti Das Social Worker donated around 3 bigha of 'miyadi patta' (permanent land settlement) land to the authorities of the Pranabananda Women's College in Lumding on Saturday.
