Meet 6 self-reliant young farmers from Nalbari

At a time when the youth of the state are running behind a Government jobs at various sectors, meet these 6 self-reliant young farmers from Nalbari's Moiradang who had set an example for others by starting of their own organic agricultural firm namely 'Sankardev Joibik Krishi Firm' at 40 hectre plot of land near the chor-areas of Pagaldia River.

These youth earns almost Rs 10 to 20 thousand per day through Bottle Gourd cultivation. Almost 8 bighas of land at 'Sankardev Joibik Krishi Firm' are being used for bottle gourd cultivation.

Though, they have received support from State Agriculture Department, Krishi Vigyan Kendra and Bank during the initial stage of their startup plan, but, one must have admit about their strong determination towards Agricultural sector.
