Nagaon Man duped of Rs 4,39,989 by online fraudsters, FIR lodged

It seems hackers are being targeting the account holders of State Bank of India on a regular basis now a days.

In yet another shocking incident, a retired employee of Irrigation Department identified as Bakul Sarma's bank account at SBI of Mahariaatir branch in Nagaon was duped for Rs 4,39,989 on October 15.

The incident came to light after the victim went to his registered SBI bank to update his pass book.

A case has been registered in connection to the matter at Nagaon Police Station.
