No Fast Track Court Trial in Dr Deben Dutta's Murder Case, Who's Responsible ?

At a time when there were reports stating, Government of Assam has decided for fast track court to try cases involving the killing of Dr. Deben Dutta at Teok Tea Garden in Upper Assam, here's a sad news for the Indian Medical Association and to all the doctors, as per a recent notification, the Gauhati High Court has notified the District and Sessions Court, Jorhat that there was no plea so far for a fast track court trial in the Deben Dutta's killing incident.

Furthermore, not a single appointments for a special public prosecutor was made in this case well, informed Dr AM Sadullah (Jorhat District President), Indian Medical Association.
