NPP candidate Agatha K Sangma defeats former CM Mukul Sangma

National People's Party candidate from Tura Lok Sabha Constituency Agatha Sangma came out victorious at the 17th Lok Sabha Elections beating former Chief Minister of Meghalaya and Indian National Congress Mukul Sangma by a margin of 63,526 votes.
