Poor Road Condition angers Public in Raha, Slams Government of Assam

Watch the poor road conditions at 2 km long road from Simuluguri to Pramila Village under Nagaon District have angered many villagers on Wednesday.

Agitated locals on Wednesday blamed Government of Assam for using low quality products during construction of the road.

It has also come to light that the construction of the road has not been completed, however, one can clearly spot about the present shape of the road conditions.

Locals are facing hardship to travel on the road, claimed one of the local people before the media.

The foundation stone at the Simuluguri to Pramila Village road was earlier laid by Raha Constituency MLA Dimbeswar Das.

Notably, around Rs 1 crore was sanctioned in this project by the State Government of India under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sarak Yojna.
