School of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry inaugurated in Kokrajhar

The School of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (Extended Campus) was inaugurated at a ceremonial programme at Animal Husbandry and veterinary campus at Titaguri in Kokrajhar today.

Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) executive member in-charge of Fishery and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary department Shyam Sundi attended the programme and inaugurated the extended campus.

The extended campus will offer veterinary filed assistant (V.F.A.) Training Course for one year Elementary Knowledge on Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science. A total 66 students including 55 from BTAD and 13 from various districts of Assam have been enrolled for the year 2019-2020.
