Self-styled god man apprehended in Duliajan

A self-styled god man was beaten mercilessly by public at Kamini Tea Estate in Duliajan under Dibrugarh District.

As per reports, the self styled god man identified as Mohammad Khan was residing at the residence of one Krishna Pradhan at Kamini Tea Estate from past one week on pretext of shooing away evils from their house.

Later, the notorious self-styled god man made an attempt to lure the wife of Krishna Pradhan for sexual favours which she vehemently denied and accordingly informed the matter to her husband.

The incident had sparked sensation in the area.

Police forces later reached the spot and brought down the situation under control.

Meanwhile, the police team had taken the notorious baba (self-styled god man) under police custody.
