State Health Minister donates blood at GMCH for PM Modi's birthday week, seva saptah

State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday donated blood at the Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) during the ongoing BJP's 'Seva Saptah' (service week) in the entire nation.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) launched the week long 'Seva Saptah' to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17.
