Watch | Two Protesters openly staged a protest against Citizenship Amendment Act in front of Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Monday at Cinamora in Jorhat.

Notably, CM Sonowal was addressing a public meeting organized by Tea Garden workers in Cinamora when the two protesters started chanting- 'Jai Aai Asom' 'CAA Ami Namanu'.

The two protesters were identified as Dimple Das and Rupam Talukdar.

Also, the effigy of CM Sonowal was burned by AASU Cinamora Unit outside the programme.
