Watched : APCC President Ripun Borah dances to the beats of dhol & bortaal in Tezpur

Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president Ripun Borah on Monday joins Tezpur candidate MGVK Bhanu and was seen dancing to the beats of dhol and bortaal. MGK Bhanu had also submitted his nomination before the Returning officer of the constituency.
