Brutality with animals

While I was scrolling through the feeds on Instagram, I came to see a video which shook me from the core of my heart. We know that people love animals and keep our pets as our own children, but this doesn't change the harsh fact that there are some animal haters too who think that animals are just something to play their brutalities

on. They show all their hate in giving them a hell's torture. They laugh by torturing these animals and make a video to upload on social media. They don't have any sense of guilt while doing these. In this

video that I saw the other day, two men were continuously stamping on a little kitten. The kitten was crying and they kept on stamping on the

kitten. In the video a time came that the back legs of the kitten stopped working but they didn't stop. They were laughing and one of them was saying 'kill it, kill it.' The video ended a few seconds later.

I want to ask, should they not be behind bars for this? Will these animal haters never stop hurting, torturing and killing these innocent animals? Through the columns of your esteemed daily I would like to ask the department concerned of the government to take strict actions. Such acts of brutality to animals will not be tolerated at all.
