AMCH observed a 24-hour "withdrawal of non-emergency medical services"

Alike the Assam Medical Service Association and Indian Medical Association, doctors from Assam Medical College Hospital in Dibrugarh are also observing a 24-hour "withdrawal of non-emergency medical services" to protest against the assault on Dr Deben Dutta at a tea garden that led to his death.
