Man accused of raping minor in Nagaon garlanded with shoes

In strange incident, a man accused of allegedly raping his 14 year old niece at Kathiatoli in Nagaon garlanded with shoes and paraded him on the road on Saturday.

The accused was identified as Babla Nayak was severely thrashed by the public and was handed over to police later.
