Minister Himanta Bisha Sarma inspects Lachit Ghat in Guwahati

Ahead of the annual summit between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe on December 15-17, State Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today visits Lachit Ghat on the bank of River Brahmaputra for a quick inspection.
