4 including village headman apprehended in minor kidnapping case

4 persons, including the village headman Pahar Ulla (50) have been arrested by Tangla Police led by I.C Mukut Ali in connection with the kidnapping of a minor girl of Sastapara under Tangla PS. The other three kidnappers have been identified as Bubul Ali (22), Ataur Rahman (23) and Bhana Ali ( 50). The accused persons and the minor girl will be produced in Udalguri district court on Sunday.
