Assam: Damage of Newly Constructed Road in Bijni angers locals of Chirang district

A newly constructed road in Chirang district's Bijni area has started exhibiting signs of wear and tear. The condition of the road is so bad that it can be dug out with hands. It is being alleged that the contractors had not paid proper attention and had put bitumine directly on the road. Deepak Das was the contractor who was involved in the construction of the road.
