Awareness meet on occasion of Nutrition Fortnight held in Rangia

An awareness meeting was organized by the Rangia Kamalpur Integrated Child Development Project of the Social Welfare Department on the occasion of Poshan Pakhwada from 20 March to 1 April.

The meeting was chaired by Integrated Child Development Project Officer Daisy Rani Devi at the Rangiya Raijmel Swahid Krishak Bhavan auditorium

Nutrition Consultant Bhupali Kalita explained the good habits of balanced eating to the participants and also stressed on the importance of food rich in mineral content for pregnant women.

Experts from other related fields along with workers from Anganwadi Centers under Kamalpur Integrated Child Development Project, Rangia participated in the awareness meeting.
