Bhabendranath Saikia Naat Samaroh' 2020 to be held from Feb 20 at Rabindra Bhawan in Guwahati

Like every year the Bhabendranath Saikia Naat Samaroh' 2020 and Dr Bhabendranath Saikia Memorial Award for the year 2019 is to be held from February 20 to 22 at Rabindra Bhawan in Guwahati.

The Naat Samaroh to be held under the aegis of Arohan and Directorate of Cultural Affairs, Government of Assam, informed Chief Trustee of Arohan, Priti Saikia on Tuesday at Guwahati Press Club.

Bhabendra Nath Saikia was a noted novelist, short-story writer and film director from Assam, India. He won many literary awards, including Sahitya Academy (1976), and was also recognized with the Padma Shri.
