Biswanath College Students stage protest against CAA 2019

Agitated students at Biswanath took out a protest rally against Government of Assam and Biswanath Police for arresting Biswanath College Students Union President Pragyan Jyoti Saikia on charges of vandalism.

The students took out the protest rally from Biswanath College upto Police Point in Biswanath chanting anti-BJP slogans.

Effigies of Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and State Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma were also burned during the protest.
