CM Attends Special Rongali Bihu Celebration in Dibrugarh

Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal attended a special Rongali Bihu celebration programme at Dibrugarh and interacted with the citizens of the town. Dibrugarh MP Rameswar Teli, along, Noted Litterateur Dr Nagen Saikia along with MLA of Tinisukia,Lahowal,Tinkhong,Dibrugarh were also present.
