CM flagged off the direct train service from Dibrugarh to Silchar

Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal flagged off the weekly Dibrugarh-Silchar Express train from Dibrugarh raiway station(Banipur) on Sunday in presence of Minister of State for Railways Rajen Gohain and others.
