Dichang ravages villages in Charaidew; Administration Absent

With rising water levels in Dichang and Tawkak rivers, numerous villages in Charaideo district are reeling under flood. A large area of Borpathar is under extensive flood but locals allege that the District Administration is conspicuous by its absence. It is now to be seen whether the administration does the needful.
