Flood in Guwahati - Water logging across several parts of Guwahati, Assam

A heavy downpour this afternoon resulted in flash floods and water logging across several parts of the city. Vehicles plying on the road had to face difficulties driving through the water. Flash floods are a perennial problem that returns to haunt the city every time there is a downpour.
